We are seeking individuals with strong customer service and phone presence to help our clients with recruiting the best talent possible.
· Place outbound calls to candidates.
· Complete initial phone screening to make sure candidates are a good fit and keep them informed of next steps in application process.
· Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
· Data Entry
· Build synergy within the team and organization; develop personal referral network.
· Source for resumes on passive candidates.
· Review and update job ads as needed.
· Performs other duties assigned by management.
Ideal candidates will:
· Should have a general understanding of a recruiting lifecycle from sourcing/lead generation to filling positions.
· Possess critical thinking skills, supported by intellectual curiosity and sound business judgment.
· Ability to multitask in a face paced, team environment.
· Handle challenging conversations with potential candidates.
